چکیده
Background and aims: Angina pectoris is the discomfort felt when heart muscle does not receive enough oxygen. The definition of stable angina presence symptoms only with exertion. Chest pain, or its equivillant, a defining feature, it relieved by rest nitroglycerin exercise ceased. Often, this one first warning indications underlying coronary disease. proinflammatory state believed to aggravate endothelial dysfunction activating cells, releases cytokines chemokines, which may be crucial in atherosclerotic plaque formation primary cause pectoris. We studied value some cardiac markers as diagnostic follow up patients angina. Methodology: study was carried out on 50 diagnosed pectoris, who visited Nasiriya Heart Center throughout period from December 2021 April 2022, 20 age matched healthy person. IL-1β, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8 were assayed at baseline (hospital admission), 1 day week post-PCI an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).

Comparison between Revascularization and Optimal Medical Therapy in Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris
Background and Purpose: Regarding usefulness of revascularization versus optimal medical therapy in patients with stable angina pectoris, data are challenging. The aim of this 12-month follow-up study was to compare the survival benefit associated with revascularization versus optimal medical therapy on the patients with stable angina pectoris. Materials and Methods: A prospective clinical s...
متن کاملMarkers of inflammation and rapid coronary artery disease progression in patients with stable angina pectoris.
BACKGROUND Both endothelial cell activation and macrophage activation play a significant role in atherogenesis and atheromatous plaque vulnerability and may determine rapid coronary artery disease (CAD) progression. We sought to assess the association between serum inflammatory markers and rapid CAD progression in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris. METHODS AND RESULTS We studied 12...
متن کاملFour-year follow-up study in patients with angina pectoris and normal coronary arteriograms ("syndrome X")
In patients with typical stress-induced anginal pain, normal coronary arteries, and unimpaired left ventricular performance at rest ("syndrome X"), a reduced coronary dilatory capacity, abnormal lactate metabolism during stress, and reduction of left ventricular functional reserve have been described. A group of 40 patients with syndrome X was followed for several years to determine their long-...
متن کاملStable Angina Pectoris
Background. Patients with chronic coronary artery disease exhibit a dysfunctioning endothelium, which may be responsible for exercise-induced platelet activation and expression of a procoagulant moiety. In this study, we evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of a low molecular weight heparin (Parnaparin) in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods and Results. According to a double-blind, ran...
